Retail- Our vendors accept most major credit cards and cash; policies vary concerning personal cheques.
Wholesale- We accept payments via wire transfers & Western Union. Please contact us for details when placing your order.

The Bahamas does not charge sales tax.

All sales are final on sale and special order items.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Depending on the size of your order and the amount of orders that are in before yours, orders can be completed in 7-21 business days. We'll be sure to let you know in advance.Select one of our authorized vendors to place an order; a 50% deposit is required.
SHIPPING
Local- Inter-island shipping is available via FedEx, a mailboat or air freight; a delivery charge could be assessed for companies requiring prepayment. Sorry we do not ship to Post Office Boxes. We ship within 24 hrs of receipt of payment. (Monday - Friday's .. holiday's not included).
International- Wholesale- Orders are shipped via FedEx. Shipping & handling charges must be assessed after order has been processed. An email will be sent to you once cost has been determined for payment prior to shipping. We ship within 24 hrs of receipt of payment. (Monday - Friday's .. holiday's not included).
Teri Monique is not responsible for the payment of custom's duty or clearance of international shipments. Fedex provides the shipping and Customs clearance of goods shipped through them. Please check with your representative for more information.
Teri Monique will provide proper invoicing with all shipments.
RETURNS
We guarantee to deliver safe and good quality products. The product quality is checked before it is sent to you. However if the product is damaged in any way not related to shipping, we will arrange for a replacement. Please note: ▪ Shipping charges are non-refundable. There will be an extra charge for reshipping if you need to exchange the product
▪ You can return the unused product within 7 days from delivery for exchange. Shipping and customs charges are excluded;
▪ In order to return the merchandise for exchange, you must receive a written authorization prior to returning the merchandise to our studio along with the ship to address.
▪ Custom designs are made according to customer specifications. They are non-exchangeable and non-refundable..
. Items purchase on sale are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

According to our return policy above, our procedure is as follows:
(a) Send an e-mail to Teri Monique (info@terimonique.com) in order to obtain an authorization.
(b) In order to exchange the item, the product must not have been used or damaged in any way
(c) You will obtain an authorization via e-mail within 7 days after we receive your return request. Returned merchandise with authorization must be shipped within 1 week of receipt of the merchant authorization. Otherwise,
the returned product will not be accepted.
(d) The returned products must meet conditions (b) and (c) and must be returned unused in their original undamaged bag with the tags still attached.
(e) Products are not exchanged if they are damaged during delivery. Kindly refer to your shipper.
(f) Sale items & custom orders are not refundable or exchangeable.
